Terms of Service

By using Auto Apply you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Auto Apply helps you keep track of job applications and provides a Chrome extension that can fill in application forms. It is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or error free.

Your account and content

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
• The jobs, notes and other content you add belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.
• Only add information you have the right to store.

The Chrome extension

The extension never submits an application for you. You review and submit every application yourself, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send to employers.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, or try to reach another person's data.
• Do not use automation or scraping against the service beyond your own API tokens.
• Do not share your API tokens. Anyone holding one can change your jobs.

Third-party services

Sign-in and optional Gmail access are provided by Google, and hosting and data storage by Vercel and Supabase. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Ending your use

You can delete your account in Settings at any time, which removes your data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Auto Apply is not liable for lost opportunities, missed emails, or other indirect damages arising from use of the service. Statuses detected from email are suggestions based on simple rules and can be wrong, so check anything important yourself.
